AMS Support

Here at AMS we carry out all our support from our offices in Poole, Dorset. With 30 years’ experience in Document Management, Business Processes and Secure Information Exchange we pride ourselves on our knowledge and our hands on approach with our customers. In addition to supporting existing customers and their setup, our Support Team are always heavily involved in our consultancy projects when implementing new solutions with customers. This means if you ever put a call in, our team will understand your set up thoroughly.

Different ways of connecting for support

At AMS, we want to make any interaction with our team as easy as possible for you so we have a number of different ways you can connect with us, and we can connect with you.

We have Remote Connection – Using TeamViewer or Microsoft Teams, we’ll be able to assist you by viewing your screen and with your permission safely and securely take over the controls. This is a very efficient way of solving issues, should they arise. A member of our Support Team will take you through this but if you do want to download TeamViewer beforehand, you can do so here.

Over the phone – You can always give our Support Team a call on 01202 652070 Opt 1. Our team will look to answer the phone within a few rings and should be able to assist you straight away.
