DocuWare Basic Archive
Although DocuWare can be extremely powerful some of our customers like to use the solution as a basic archive. With storage often being automatic, DocuWare provides an extremely easy interface for your users to find any document they want (and have permission to see) within a couple of clicks.
With functionality such as a keyword search, saved criteria searches and powerful storage and searching from e-mail, DocuWare will make traditional storage and retrieval in paper form or in network drives seem very slow and archaic.
If you’re new to Document Management and worried about making the change, this may be a nice easy place to start, especially as we can automatically save the documents away from your existing applications without you having to worry.

As well as being used as a basic secure archive many of our customers utilise DocuWare for one of its key strengths, electronic workflow. DocuWare’s powerful workflow designer will enable you to match, and often improve your manual processes in electronic and often automated fashion.
